Network Service Tiers is in ALPHA stage. Using Network Service Tier, we can optimize a network with respect to performance or cost.
When to use:
Typically, network traffic hops multiple times before reaching the end user, using the best possible route to transmit data, but if we are willing to skip this and transmit data with least hops before reaching the end user we can use it.
