Execution, especially of large-scale strategic initiatives, frequently requires a change in behavior on the part of those who you depend on to successfully deliver the expected results. Most leaders would agree that change is ubiquitous and the need to effectively manage change is required if we want to get anything done. Yet, despite all the effort and resources that have been devoted to improving how well change is managed, managers and organizations still get poor marks in this area.
