Clients First: The Two Word Miracle

Without revealing who picked whom, we will go alphabetically and start with Joyce.

Every time we take a new listing it goes to Joyce. Her role is to have the home staged, photographed, cleaned, repaired if necessary, and input onto the Multiple Listing Service. She oversees the file throughout the listing term. She juggles vendors, tradespeople, and agents. Clients love her; she is every seller’s lifeline and knows all their preferences down to the smallest detail. This is how her entry began.

I didn’t have any difficulty coming up with my examples of companies I have done business with that have put me first. They are the companies that I continue to do business with and that I still don’t hesitate to refer my friends and family to. They are the ones that, when I reflect back, made a difference in my life. In some cases, they saved more than just the day.

My first example is my veterinarian. He is a mobile vet who has had his practice for many years. He treats not only house pets, but farm animals, too. He has a long list of longtime clients and he is very busy. It usually takes two to three weeks for him to get out to do simple immunizations, but the time that I had a sick pet he was there immediately. I had a kitty for about 10 years who suffered a sudden stroke. She went to the emergency clinic and stayed the entire night, but there was nothing they could do for her.
