With Great Power
In discovering the three keys and unveiling them here, JoAnn and I have been struck by the immense power given to the holder of these precious gifts. These keys combine to create a great synergy whereby the whole is so much greater than the sum of its parts.
Yes, Clients First is a powerful and life-changing concept. With great power comes great responsibility, and Clients First is a demanding taskmaster. You cannot pick and choose whom you put first. You must make every client feel as though he or she is number one. Clients First demands consistent application. You cannot tinker with Clients First. There won’t be a Clients First 2.0 or a “new” Clients First in the future.
Only when you hold all three keys, whole and complete, will you find yourself in rare company.
