Fable or Fact?

Are there actually people who live this life? Are we ready for a Clients First world? Would we miss the drama, the egos, the dishonesty, the shoddy work, and lack of care?

Is a Clients First world even possible? Maybe it is and maybe it isn’t. Maybe it is too much to hope that the whole world would put Clients First. Maybe it would be a little boring if everybody were nice, everything went well, and everyone succeeded. Perhaps we need a challenge, if only to make the victory sweeter. But, as I’ve told JoAnn, it’s a big world.

We can sometimes feel so insignificant in the grand scheme of things. Does our vote really count? Whether we spend or don’t spend that money, will it really have any effect on the economy? We are grains of sand on a very large beach.

But our world is really very small. Our world is the people we know, the place we live, where we buy our groceries, and what the weather will be where we are today. And in our world, we are not unimportant or without influence. In our world, we have the power to put Clients First. We have the power to put our spouses first and our kids first. We can put our neighbors first and our coworkers first. We have the power to create a Clients First world. We can do it one client, one customer, one boss, one employee, and one person at a time.

You have the power within you to make the commitment to Clients First. You can speak that commitment and influence others to put Clients First. You can create your own Clients First ...
