Every Day Is Special

We had our hopes and dreams. They were vague and changed often. One day, JoAnn and I fantasized about owning a small shopping center. We would have a bookstore, a flower shop, a gift shop, a breakfast joint—all the things we love under one long roof. We don’t want it now, but it was a special moment and a precious memory. Today, we dream of world travel and organizing our family photos. Who knows what we will do going forward, but whatever we do will be powered by our Clients First experience.

One of the greatest gifts of Clients First is a confidence that all will turn out right. Clients First allows us to enjoy each moment, each client, each day. We sleep well each night. We know that whichever way the real estate market goes, we will go with it. We will stay competent. We will adapt and learn and upgrade our technology. We will care and be rewarded with joy. We know this, and it makes every day special.

Looking back, I realize that JoAnn and I are not the same people we were that morning when we struggled to explain our change of heart to Marta and Susan. Clients First changed us. It changed our capacity for work. It changed our ability to envision a bigger picture. It changed our comprehension of money. It made us more understanding, compassionate, and humble.
