Chapter 33

Step 10

Turn It Around

Frank Sinatra sings “My Way” and my heart swells. I heard General Norman Schwarzkopf speak on leading with a clear vision, and I was so impressed. We all admire the undaunted hero whose mind is made up and can’t be changed. For most of my life, I was stubborn and closed-minded and took refuge in the belief that my point of view was the only one that mattered. JoAnn and I have been turning it around ever since.
