Keep the Commitment
Since that night and the morning after, Clients First has changed our lives, but we are human, with all the frailties that come with being mortal. We have fallen down and had to pull each other up. As powerful as Clients First is, we have struggled with its execution. As strong as our commitment is, we have had to guard against slipping back into the people we were before.
Keeping the commitment is your third step along the path to Clients First. Again, just as we found our own solutions, you will have to find the tools that work for you. We offer suggestions, but you must do the work.
