Speak the Commitment
That next morning, JoAnn and I shared our discovery with Susan and Marta. We spoke of our new commitment to Clients First. We made it real by talking to the girls and each other about doing what is best for the client.
This is the second step you will take on the path to Clients First. Once you have made your commitment, you must share it with others. You must speak your commitment, for this will make it real.
