The Institutional Client

JoAnn didn’t want to represent banks. She identified foreclosures, with all their misery and tragedy, and she wanted no part of them. No, we would take care of our clients and remain above the fray. If only our clients could make that choice as well.

The down market was affecting everyone. Stories of loss were everywhere. We had a choice to be part of the solution, or we could serve a vanishing market segment and disappear with it.
