This chapter covered only the Microsoft, Solaris, FreeBSD, Linux, and Tru64 implementations, but IPv6 support is available on plenty of other host implementations such as BSDI, AIX, HP-UX, Novell, SGI, MAC OS X, and IBM zSeries.
