Robert Elling has worked at Cisco Systems since 1998. During that time, he has supported Fortune 1000 customers and service provider customers. He is currently working as the optical specialist in the Internal Learning Solutions Group (ILSG). Prior to his work at Cisco, Robert worked as a networking engineer for Arthur Andersen; he also worked as a senior networking engineer for Verizon (formerly called Bell Atlantic) in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Network Management Center-Network Operations Center.
