Report Viewing
You can set many of the reports configured on the CSA MC to display via two viewing options: HTML Frame or ActiveX. The HTML Frame view uses a standard HTML frames perspective and HTML links to browse specific portions of the reports. ActiveX uses a Crystal Report browser plug-in that can provide a more robust and shareable reporting front end. As you learn about and view various reports throughout this chapter, you will see various sample reports in both viewing mechanisms.
