Mobility has given corporate employees huge productivity gains. They can access corporate applications from home, while traveling, and via wireless hotspots at coffee shops and airports. Always-on broadband networks have also led to huge strides in productivity. Employees can work from home in the evenings or even during extended periods when they are unable to get to work, such as during an ice storm.
