This book is dedicated first to my Mom and Dad, who have always believed in me and supported me in everything I’ve ever done, encouraged me to never stop learning, taught me the value of hard work, and to pursue a career in something I love. Secondly to my wife, Suzanne, without her continued love, support, guidance, wisdom, encouragement, and patience, this book would surely not exist. To my two awesome children—Eden and Nyah—who are my inspiration, my pride and joy, and who continue to make me want to be a better man.
