A message displayed to an idle line
Default

Description
This command sets the message that is displayed when a terminal is
idle and waiting to begin a session. It is often used at terminals
that are connected to routers or access servers for generic network
access. The message is specific to a particular line; you must
specify the message explicitly for every line.
delimiter
marks the beginning and end of
the message; it can be any single character that is not used in the
message itself. To disable this message, use the
no
form of this command.
