Name
exec — line
Synopsis
exec no exec
Configures
Access to the router command interface
Default
Enabled
Description
The no
form of this command disables EXEC
processes, which are enabled by default. Disabling EXEC processes is
useful for lines on which you do not want users to access (log in) to
the router. For example, you might want to disallow login access on a
dial-in line.
