Network Time Protocol (NTP) service

Description
This command tells the router which NTP server to use. The router derives its time from the server but does not try to update the server’s time.

address
The IP address of the NTP peer.

version
value
The NTP version (1 through 3). The default is 3.

keyid
Authentication key to use for this peer. The
ntp authentication-key
command defines the keys and their key IDs.-
source
interface
The interface the router should use to communicate with this server.
Example
The following command sets our NTP server to 10.11.1.5:
ntp server 10.11.1.5 version 2
