This command sets the ATM address of the LANE server for the ELAN.

elan-name: The name of the ELAN.
atm-address: The LANE server’s ATM address.
restricted | un-restricted: Optional. If restricted, only LANE clients defined in the ELAN’s configuration server can be members of the ELAN.
index value: Optional. This keyword sets a priority for the LANE server. (You can assign multiple LANE servers for fault tolerance.) 0 is the highest priority.
