Eric Rivard is a professional services manager for CDW overseeing an industry expert team of consultants who implement advanced Cisco, Microsoft, data center, virtualization, and storage solutions to enterprise customers. Over the years, he has taught professionals in both academic and industry settings on topics of SCADA, Windows, networking, and IT security. Eric has 15 years of experience in the IT industry, ranging from a network administrator to senior Cisco engineer to IT director.
