Create OSPF and EIGRP Root Causes Mind Map

Chapter 11, “Troubleshooting IPv4 Routing Protocols,” focuses on how to troubleshoot problems with both Open Shortest Path First (OSPF) and Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol (EIGRP), specifically related to interfaces and to neighbor relationships.
