Configuring the Encapsulation and LMI
In many cases, using the defaults as listed with the first example works just fine. However, for the purpose of showing an alternative configuration, suppose that the following requirements were added to the requirements surrounding the design in Figure 14-1:
The Raleigh router requires IETF encapsulation on both VCs.
Mayberry’s LMI type should be ANSI, and LMI autosense should not be used.
