Previewing renders with Render Region

Sometimes you don't need to focus on the big picture; sometimes you are only worried about the details. If you have a scene that takes a while to render a preview, you can limit the area in which you preview your image using the Render Region tool. There are two versions of the tool: regular Render Region and the Interactive Render Region. This recipe will show you how to use both.

Getting ready

We will be using the Warm_Wine_Scene_Render_region.c4d project. It's the same setup from Chapter 5, Let there be Lights; with it we will learn to focus only on specific parts of our image to render when previewing.
