The role of the customer leadership executive, more than almost any other role, prospers by standing on the shoulders of those who came before us, to learn from their journeys. And from sharing fearlessly with those currently in the trenches about what works and what doesn't.

To that end, this is my “pay it forward” book to all the people whose shoulders I have stood on throughout my years in this business, learning and toiling away as a practitioner for over twenty years.
