As you can see from this exciting story, security for online games is a thorny and interesting topic. Our upcoming book, Exploiting Online Games, will explore the topic in detail. We will discuss and provide code for cheating without being detected and describe how to detect cheaters using advanced countermeasures.
Although our focus in Exploiting Online Games is gaming, the subject matter will prove extremely valuable to those who protect networks against malware and the sophisticated attackers who write it.
