1. The participants raised a number of questions regarding Right to Work.

2. Right to Work should be made central to the entire planning for employment process in the 8th Plan and must have two distinct but inter-related components:

  1. A set of policies for strengthening and protecting women’s existing employment;
  2. Creation and generation of new employment for women etc.
