Happiness and psychological well-being

This chapter will introduce you to what really makes you happy and how a deeper sense of happiness and well-being comes from much more than momentary pleasure. It will look at some of the foundations of your well-being and show that your happiness and ability to flourish depend on six basic psychological needs. It will also look at the effect that your relationship with time has on your happiness and well-being, and why too much choice doesn’t make you happier but choosing to be happy might.
