How Do I Show that the Project Was a Success?

There are many credible ways to shed light on a project team's performance, but when presenting results it is best to start with the measurements agreed to at the outset. Facts and data outlining before and after results are the best evidence of goal achievement. Then, you can share additional evidence that speaks to the quality and effectiveness of your team's work. Verbal testimonials from leaders and colleagues also are effective, but without fact-based documentation you run the risk that these general perceptions may change over time, which can change how the project is viewed.
