After the project has been implemented, colleagues will naturally identify modifications to improve processes and procedures. They may, however, not push to have them put in place, being too busy to do so or assuming someone else will be doing it.

An effective way of keeping the change alive is to determine what needs fixing or enhancing so that the change works for colleagues and the project realizes its intended benefits (or even uncovers new benefits) and full potential.
