Operationalizing the Change Strategy

The change management strategy starts from the big picture view, which is very broad and incorporates a number of initiatives. Operationalizing the strategy simply means breaking down the broad and wide into action-oriented activities (for example, programs, processes, or events) that move the change forward. The change practitioner can embrace these activities and measure progress and success more easily.
