Part III Conclusion

WHILE NONE OF US can control the world around us, we can take charge of or at least understand ourselves in change. For this it helps to understand the psychology of change, the role of change in our lives, and the actions we can take to ensure our own sanity and effectiveness in the often-turbulent times around us.

There are four powerful actions to take in order to get these benefits:
