HAVE YOU EVER THOUGHT about the vast variety of interests and personalities there are in the world? The point came home to me years ago when my sons and I attended a “games” conference in Wisconsin. It was before the explosion of electronic games, but there were plenty of other options—from board games, to military games, to fantasy games. One session we chose was a version of a fantasy game where participants had to choose to be a character. The characters included wizards, warriors, thieves, kings, queens, trolls, and artisans.
