Resources 133 7.4 People A person record is a record of an individual who might appear somewhere on a Maximo record, for example, in a Reported By or Affected Person fields on a service request, as a SUPERVISOR on a labor record, or as the value in a Ship To or Bill To Attention field on a purchasing record. You use the People application to create, modify, view, and delete records for individuals. This application stores personal and official information about individuals, such as Maximo users, laborers, asset owners, supervisors, and individuals who receive workflow notifications.
