Chapter 7. Resources 129 To use the option Zero Year to Date Hours from within the Labor application: 1. Display the record whose year- to- date hours you want to reset. 2. Choose Select Action . Zero Year to Date Hours ( Figure 7- 4). The Zero Year to Date Hours dialog box opens. 3. Select one or more types of hours to reset by selecting the appropriate check boxes. 4. Click OK. You use the Zero Year to Date Hours action in the Labor application to reset the year- to- date fields to zero. Typically you would only use this option at the end of the fiscal year.
