Hunt Groups

Hunt groups are used to add redundancy or routing choices to dial plans. They work by grouping dial peers that can complete specific calls into a hunt group.

The commands to configure hunt groups and assign dial peers are as follows:

hunt group (configured in global configuration mode).hunt group (configured under each dial peer you want to assign to a hunt group).huntstop (stops dial peer hunting if call fails).
