Gateway Problem Solving
Verifying and resolving issues with GWs can be accomplished with some of the commands you are already familiar with. You can verify which GKs are configured by one of two commands.
show interface Show the VoIP interface and its configuration.show gateway Shows the list of GKs configured, along with their priority values.
The last few places to check are H.323 configurations on the GW. You will need to check the interface and that your GK information was entered correctly. Next, you can make sure that you have general network connectivity.
