The primary focus of these quick reference sheets has been on CallManager 3.3, which reflects the content in the CIPT course at the time of publication. In the future, however, readers can face certification questions regarding CCM 4.x. Although the fundamental architecture of the CCM has not changed, additional features are introduced in CCM 4.x.
