Upcoming Cisco VPN Client Changes
The descriptions of the Cisco VPN Client contained in this chapter are based on version 3.x of the Cisco VPN Client. Release 4.0.2.A is currently available.
The first thing you will notice is that the Microsoft Windows Start menu has changed for the client. The options for Certificate Manager and Log Viewer are gone and the name of the main application has changed from VPN Dialer to the more intuitive name of VPN Client. The remaining options on the Start menu are Help, Set MTU, and Uninstall VPN Client.
