Unlike EIGRP and OSPF, which can (in some configurations) dynamically form neighborships, BGP requires neighboring routers to be explicitly configured. Therefore, the threat of someone maliciously forming a neighborship with your BGP router is far less likely, as compared to OSPF or EIGRP.
