Toby Sauer is the lead voice instructor at Skyline Advanced Technology Services, a Cisco Learning Solutions Partner. Toby has more than 25 years of experience in traditional voice installations with companies such as Qwest, Norstan Communications (now part of Black Box), and the United States Marine Corps. Toby has been installing Cisco Communications Manager systems since Cisco started selling the product. He has spent the last eight years as an instructor with Skyline ATS, teaching all voice-related courses. Toby was recently given the additional responsibility of all voice lab development with his assignment to his new title of voice curriculum manager.
