About the Authors
Gary Heap, CCIE #6411, graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Information Systems from Utah State University in 1998. He has worked for Novell, Lucent World-Wide Services (formerly International Network Services, INS), Sprint E|Solutions, and Sprint Managed Network Services. Currently he is employed by Cornerstone Internetworking Solutions as a principal consultant. His responsibilities include the design, documentation, implementation, troubleshooting, and operational support of large-scale networks. Gary holds the following additional technical certifications: CCNP, CCNA, Master CNE, and MCSE.
