Convergence of Network and Storage

Convergence properties of the Cisco Unified Fabric architecture are the melding of the storage-area network (SAN) with a local-area network (LAN) delivered on top of enhanced Ethernet fabric. Such Ethernet fabric would be operationally simpler to provision and operate, resulting in fewer management points with shorter bring up time.
