1. A. A service profile is a collection of unique attributes that defines a server. That definition is known as a service profile and it can be bound to a Cisco UCS blade or rackmount server and can be associated or disassociated from server to server while maintaining the same identities.

2. B. Hardware identities and all required attributes to instantiate a server are needed before installation of an operating system on a Cisco UCS blade or rackmount server. A service profile must be associated before installing an operating system.
