Install the Pearson IT Certification Practice Test Engine and Questions
The DVD in the book includes the Pearson IT Certification Practice Test (PCPT) engine (software that displays and grades a set of exam-realistic multiple-choice, drag-and-drop, fill-in-the-blank, and testlet questions). Using the PCPT engine, you can either study by going through the questions in Study Mode, or you can take a simulated DCICN exam that mimics real exam conditions.
The installation process requires two major steps. The DVD in the back of this book has a recent copy of the PCPT engine. The practice exam (the database of DCICN exam questions) is not on the DVD.
