About the Author
Michael Valentine has worked in the IT field since 1996 and became a trainer in 2001. Currently, he is a Cisco trainer with Skyline Advanced Technology Services and specializes in Cisco Unified Communications and CCNA classes. His accessible, humorous, and effective teaching style has demystified Cisco for thousands of students since he began teaching CCNA in 2002. Mike holds a bachelor of arts degree from the University of British Columbia and currently holds CCNA, CCNP, CCDP, CCVP, and CCSI No. 31461 certifications.
