4.1. Basic PIX Configuration (3 points)

  1. Configure host name PIX.

  2. Configure outside IP address 110.50.13.67/28.

  3. Configure inside IP address 10.50.34.1/24.

  4. Configure RIP on inside and outside interfaces as shown in the diagram.

  5. Configure simple authentication for RIPv2.

  6. You should be able to ping Loopback1 on R7.

  7. Make sure you can ping the AAA server and the switch management interface.

  8. Do not use conduit statements on PIX.

4.2. Network Address Translation (NAT) (2 points)

  1. You should receive RIP route(s) from R7. Configure network address translation such that devices on the outside of PIX can ping this loopback1 address of R7 as is. You are allowed to add a static route for this on R5 and R6 only. R1 should learn ...
