Q: Are you asking me to configure dialer-watch?
A: To accomplish the requirement and make it stable, you need to decide what to configure.
Q: Can I have any traffic at all passing through the ISDN link?
A: No. Traffic can only go through the ISDN link if R5 loses fa0/0 interface connectivity.
Q: Should I configure any kind of authentication?
A: You are not required to do so. Sometimes you need a minimum configuration to have your basic ISDN working.
