Password Recovery on the Cisco 3000 Series VPN Concentrator
Recovering a password on a Cisco 3000 series VPN concentrator depends on the version of software you are running. For software version 2.5 or earlier, you need to contact the Cisco TAC for assistance in recovering a password. On concentrators running software version 2.5.1 or later, follow these steps to recover the password:
