8/80 Rule   A common rule within project management, it states that the smallest item in the scope decomposition should take no more than 80 hours and no fewer than 8 hours of labor to create. It prevents requirements packages from being too large or too small to manage.

A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK)   The BABOK book is published by the IIBA and supports and defines the business analysis role, processes, and generally accepted practices of the community. The CBAP examination is based largely on the BABOK.
