Step 7—Rebuild the Team
How do you strengthen a weak team? Some development organizations will look to see if there are enough superstars on the team. Others will look at size and add more people or more work hours [1]. But these areas are rarely where the main problem lies. In fact, having too many superstars is not always a good thing [2], and some of the best teams are small and agile [3].
